A Lion's Story

Justin Ledwell is a graphic designer, illustrator, and creative director whose path to co-founding Mutantz Entertainment blends formal design training with real-world leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University and an Associate's degree in Graphic and Web Design, with continuing certifications in 3D printing, stop motion animation, and generative AI.

Before co-founding Mutantz, Justin served eight years in the U.S. Army, rising to Squad Leader — an experience that instilled the discipline, team leadership, and mission-first execution he now brings to creative production. He later applied his design education directly in the field, leading marketing and advertising initiatives at Golem Security Services LLC, where he managed social media presence, refined advertising strategies with company partners, and strengthened the company's public visibility.

As the creative force behind Mutantz by Design, the company's branding, merchandise, and visual products division, Justin leads brand identity, graphic design, and marketing work across the Mutantz ecosystem — helping give the worlds of Amersian Tales their visual and physical presence while developing creative services for outside clients. His work is grounded in a simple belief that sits at the heart of the Mutantz name: what makes a creator different is what makes them exceptional.
